Terms & Conditions
Burning Mountain Festival

Die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) regeln die Beziehungen zwischen Festivalbesucher/Ticketkäufer und Verein Burning Mountain/Veranstalter.

  1. The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the relationship between festival visitors/ticket purchasers and the Burning Mountain Association/organizer.

  2. Children and young people up to the age of 18 are only admitted if accompanied by an adult. The organizer declines all responsibility/liability in the event of non-compliance.

  3. Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. There is no right to a refund in the event of hindrance. If the event is canceled due to force majeure, there is also no right to a refund.

  4. There is no entitlement to a replacement for lost and/or damaged tickets. In this case, please contact the organizer directly (info@burning-mountain.ch) and we will try to find a solution.

  5. EarlyBird-Tix.de is the only ticket sales point available from the organizer for his festival: https://www.burning-mountain.ch/tickets

  6. Tickets for the Burning Mountain festival purchased on other platforms are invalid. The commercial resale and commercial trade of purchased tickets is prohibited. Persons who violate this provision will be excluded from purchasing tickets. In order to prevent overpriced tickets and counterfeits, we strongly recommend that tickets are only purchased from the official sales outlets we have listed.

  7. Upon actual entry, the tickets will be validated and the visitor will be given a wristband. This replaces the admission ticket. When re-entering the festival grounds, the undamaged wristband must be presented; otherwise there is no entitlement to re-entry.

  8. Tickets won at the Burning Mountain Festival are not transferable. The tickets may not be sold or disposed of privately at a higher price than the printed ticket price plus any proven fees charged when the ticket was purchased. Subsequent use of the tickets for raffle purposes and/or to hold competitions is expressly prohibited. Any violation of these conditions shall result in the loss of the right to admission without compensation, i.e. the ticket shall lose its validity in this case, and the organizer shall be entitled to confiscate this ticket without compensation. If the ticket is lost, it will not be replaced.

  9. For reasons of security and order as well as waste prevention, a security check will be carried out by the security service upon admission to the event site. It is prohibited to bring glass bottles, plastic canisters, cooler bags or other heavy containers as well as flares, pyrotechnic objects, weapons of any kind or other dangerous objects onto the event site. In such cases, the organizer is entitled to refuse admission to the event if the visitor is not prepared to hand in the aforementioned items at the admission control.

  10. The visitor irrevocably consents to the use of his/her image and voice free of charge for photographs, live broadcasts, broadcasts and/or recordings of images and/or sound recordings made by the organizer, its agents or other third parties in connection with the event, as well as their subsequent exploitation in all upcoming and future media (such as in particular in the form of audio and video recordings and digital distribution, e.g. via the Internet). All (professional) sound and image material recorded at the Burning Mountain Festival belongs to the organizer.

  11. If the festival is canceled or postponed, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of travel expenses. Please inform yourself before departure whether the festival will take place as planned.

  12. If the festival has to be canceled or postponed due to force majeure (e.g. pandemic, epidemic, etc.), there is no right to a refund of the ticket price.

  13. Sound and image recordings with professional equipment of any kind are prohibited. It is not permitted to bring tape recorders, photo, film or video cameras.

  14. The visitor irrevocably consents to the use of his/her image and voice free of charge for photographs, live broadcasts, broadcasts and/or recordings of images and/or sound recordings made by the organizer, its agents or other third parties in connection with the event, as well as their subsequent exploitation in all forthcoming and future media (such as in particular in the form of audio and video recordings and digital distribution, e.g. via the Internet).

  15. If there is a specific reason, in particular if a visitor commits crimes on the event grounds (e.g. theft, theft, drug dealing) or sets off fireworks, the organizer is entitled to exclude the visitor from the event. If the organizer makes use of his right of exclusion, the admission ticket loses its validity. A claim for re-admission or reimbursement of the purchase price is excluded.

  16. At open-air events, the erection of tents on the event site is prohibited. Camping is only permitted in the designated tent and camping areas. The entire camping area will not be opened at the same time, but in certain areas as required. Wild camping is prohibited and will be prosecuted by the authorities. Environmental protection and the principles of waste avoidance and correct waste disposal must be observed. The unauthorized construction of fireplaces on camping areas or parking lots is prohibited due to the resulting fire hazard.

  17. The buyer is responsible for his own journey to the event and parks his vehicle at his own risk. Illegal parking is prohibited and will be prosecuted by the authorities; vehicles may only be parked in approved parking areas or parking lots (subject to charges). The organizer expressly points out that parking and camping areas are separate. The posted parking and camping regulations apply in addition, and the instructions of the security personnel must also be followed in this respect.

  18. There is no entitlement to admission to a specific parking and/or camping site. Parking spaces will be allocated by the organizer's stewards. Escape and rescue lanes must be kept clear of all structures at all times.

  19. Program changes may occur at the Burning Mountain Festival. In the event of the cancellation of individual artists (groups), the organizer will make every effort to find a suitable replacement; visitors shall have no claims due to the cancellation of individual artists (groups). Admission to event areas with a limited capacity will only be granted within the scope of the officially approved audience capacities. If the capacity is exhausted, the organizer may temporarily restrict access without entitlement to a partial refund of the ticket price.

  20. For security reasons, the organizer may temporarily or completely clear and cordon off individual parking and camping areas or other areas of the festival site without this giving rise to a claim for a partial refund of the ticket price. The statements of the organizer in this regard or the statements of persons and companies commissioned by the organizer must be followed in order to avert danger to life and limb.

  21. There may be a risk of damage to hearing and health at the festival due to the volume.

  22. The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  23. The organizer is committed to the greatest possible safety. However, it cannot accept any liability for any damage.

  24. The festival takes place in all weather conditions - for further information please read the Surival Guide.
