Term & CONditions
Burning Mountain Festival

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the relationship between the festival visitor/ticket purchaser and the Burning Mountain Association/organizer.

  1. Children and young people up to 17 years of age are only admitted if accompanied by an adult. The organiser declines any responsibility/liability in case of infringement.

  2. Tickets are not returnable or exchangeable. There is no right to a refund in the event of being prevented from attending. If the event is cancelled due to force majeure, there is also no right to a refund.

  3. Lost and/or damaged tickets are not eligible for replacement. In this case, please contact the organiser directly (info@burning-mountain.ch) and we will try to find a solution.

  4. See Tickets AG is the only ticket sales point authorised by the organiser for his festival: Seetickets

  5. Tickets for the Burning Mountain Association Festival purchased on other platforms are invalid. Commercial resale and any trade in purchased tickets is prohibited. Persons who violate this provision will be excluded from purchasing tickets.

  6. In order to prevent overpriced tickets and counterfeiting, we strongly recommend that tickets are only purchased through our authorized official sales outlets.

  7. On first entry, tickets will be validated and a wristband will be placed on the visitor. This replaces the admission ticket. When re-entering the festival area, the undamaged wristband must be presented; otherwise there is no entitlement to re-entry.

  8. Tickets won at the Burning Mountain Festival are no longer transferable once they have been cancelled. Tickets may not be sold privately at a price higher than the ticket price printed on them plus proven fees charged when the ticket was purchased. Finally, use of the tickets for raffle purposes and/or to conduct prize draws is expressly prohibited. Any violation of these conditions will result in the loss of the admission authorisation without compensation, i.e. the ticket will lose its validity in this case and the organiser is entitled to confiscate this ticket without compensation. In the event of loss of the admission ticket, no replacement will be provided.

  9. For reasons of security and order as well as waste prevention, a security check will be carried out by the security service upon entry to the event site. It is prohibited to bring glass bottles, plastic canisters, cool bags or other heavy containers as well as torches, pyrotechnic objects, weapons of any kind or other dangerous objects onto the event site. In such cases, the organiser is entitled to refuse admission to the event unless the visitor is prepared to hand over the aforementioned items at the entrance control.

  10. The visitor irrevocably consents to the free use of his/her image and voice for photographs, live broadcasts, broadcasts and/or recordings of images and/or sound recordings made by the organiser, its agents or other third parties in connection with the event, as well as to their subsequent exploitation in all present and future media (such as, in particular, in the form of audio and video carriers as well as digital distribution, e.g. via the internet).

  11. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the festival, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of travel costs. Please check before travelling whether the festival will take place as planned.

  12. If the festival has to be cancelled or postponed due to force majeure (force majeur e.g. pandemic, epidemic etc.), there is no basic right to a refund of the ticket price.

  13. Sound and image recordings with professional equipment of any kind are prohibited. The bringing of tape recorders, photo, film or video cameras is not permitted.

  14. The visitor irrevocably consents to the free use of his/her image and voice for photographs, live transmissions, broadcasts and/or recordings of images and/or sound recordings made by the organiser, its agents or other third parties in connection with the event, as well as to their subsequent exploitation in all present and future media (such as, in particular, in the form of audio and video carriers as well as digital distribution, e.g. via the Internet).
