Flow art and juggling is a kind of active meditation. It switch off your mind, especially as I like to learn -with closed eyes. If you don't see the equipments, but feel the weight of them, the way of them; it will slowly become a part of you. It also help to syncronize the two side of your brain. Will be fun for children and grandmothers as well. Braver dreamers can try with bandaged eyes too.
