FAQs
Burning Mountain Festival is a 4 days experience of radical self expression and self commitment. It's not about consuming, it is about participating. The goal of the Festival is all about community and culture. It’s an open canvas where you can leave your marks. It’s a social survival camp. As our social life is transforming more and more into a digital way, we want to be able to connect and exchange and interact “offline” with each other.
Unfortunately, we do not offer day tickets. Burning Mountain is a full-experience festival, and tickets are only available for the entire event.
Whether there will be gate tickets depends on how the presale goes. If tickets are still available, we will sell them at the gate. If not, we’ll be sold out and there will be no tickets at the gate.
Please check our travel information page for all the details.
Our music programm stops on Sunday at 5pm. You can stay on the campsite until Monday at noon.
Usually, when this occurs, the ticket has not really been charged on your credit card. If you are sure it has been billed, then the mail maybe went into your spam folder. If this is also not the case, then please send an email to info@burning-mountain.ch and send an inquiry about your ticket purchase.
To help keep the festival grounds clean and environmentally friendly, a CHF 10 trash deposit is charged for each ticket. This deposit is fully refundable. On Sunday (11:00-21:00) or Monday (08:00-12:00), simply return a full garbage bag to the designated collection point to receive your CHF 10 back. This system encourages responsible waste disposal and supports our sustainability efforts.
If you are staying at a hotel, you can also reclaim the CHF 10 by presenting a valid hotel booking confirmation.
The ticket you buy is non refundable as stated in our terms and conditions. Selling your ticket is only possible through our official resale platform: https://www.burning-mountain.ch/resale-platform. There is no other possibility to sell your ticket or request a name change.
Tickets are personalized and can only be resold through our official resale platform: https://www.burning-mountain.ch/resale-platform.
Once a ticket has been successfully sold through the platform, the original ticket is automatically cancelled and a new ticket is issued in the buyer’s name. Only the newly issued ticket will be valid for entry.
Please note that ticket transfers, private resales, and name changes outside of the official resale platform are not possible.
