Burning Mountain Festival is a 4 days experience of radical self expression and self commitment. It's not about consuming, it is about participating. The goal of the Festival is all about community and culture. It’s an open canvas where you can leave your marks. It’s a social survival camp. As our social life is transforming more and more into a digital way, we want to be able to connect and exchange and interact “offline” with each other.

No, drones are not allowed at the festival.
In previous years, we experienced several issues with drones brought by visitors – including crashes and conflicts between multiple drones.
Additionally, Swiss law is very strict when it comes to flying over crowds or near people.
For safety and legal reasons, we’ve therefore decided not to allow any private drone use at the festival.
No, national flags are not allowed on the festival grounds or in the parking areas. To promote an open, respectful, and peaceful atmosphere, we deliberately ask everyone to refrain from bringing national symbols. In today’s global climate of conflict, such symbols can be perceived as provocative – regardless of intent.
If you do bring a flag, you’ll be asked to leave it at the entrance. It will be safely stored and can be picked up after the festival. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us to create an inclusive and positive festival environment.
No, you are only buying a space for your vehicle – there is no power or water provided or available on site for caravans. However, you can find water stations on the main festival grounds.
