-
The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the relationship between festival visitors/ticket buyers and the Burning Mountain Association/organizer.
-
-
The festival is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. Children and adolescents under the age of 17 are only permitted entry when accompanied by a parent. In case of violation, the organizer assumes no responsibility or liability.
-
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. There is no right to reimbursement in case of inability to attend.
-
If the event is postponed or canceled due to force majeure (e.g., pandemics, epidemics, natural disasters), there is no entitlement to a ticket refund.
-
There is no claim for replacement of lost or damaged tickets. In such cases, please contact the organizer directly at info@burning-mountain.ch, and we will try to find a solution.
-
Weezevent SAS is the only authorized ticket vendor for the Burning Mountain Festival. Tickets are available at: burning-mountain.ch/tickets.
-
Tickets purchased for the Burning Mountain Festival from unauthorized platforms are invalid. The commercial resale or trade of acquired tickets is prohibited. Violators of this rule will be excluded from purchasing tickets. To avoid inflated prices and counterfeit tickets, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets only through our official sales channels.
-
At the time of entry, tickets are invalidated, and a wristband is provided to the attendee. This wristband replaces the ticket. For re-entry to the festival grounds, the intact wristband must be presented. Otherwise, re-entry will not be granted.
-
Complimentary tickets for the Burning Mountain Festival are non-transferable once invalidated. Tickets may not be resold privately at a higher price than the printed ticket price plus any verified fees incurred during purchase. Additionally, using tickets for raffles or other competitions is expressly prohibited. Violation of these conditions will result in the loss of the right to entry without compensation, rendering the ticket invalid. The organizer is entitled to confiscate the ticket without compensation. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
-
For safety, order, and waste prevention, security checks are conducted by the security service upon entry to the event grounds. It is prohibited to bring glass bottles, plastic containers, coolers, or other heavy containers, as well as torches, pyrotechnics, weapons of any kind, or other dangerous objects onto the premises. If attendees refuse to surrender such items, the organizer has the right to deny entry.
-
The attendee irrevocably consents to the free use of their likeness and voice for photographs, live broadcasts, transmissions, and/or recordings made by the organizer, its agents, or other third parties in connection with the event, as well as their subsequent utilization in all current and future media (e.g., sound and audiovisual carriers, and digital distribution such as the internet). All professional audio and visual materials recorded at the Burning Mountain Festival belong to the organizer.
-
If the festival is postponed or canceled, travel expenses will not be reimbursed. Please confirm whether the festival will take place as planned before traveling.
-
Audio and visual recordings using professional equipment of any kind are prohibited. Bringing tape recorders, photo cameras, film cameras, or video cameras is not permitted.
-
The attendee irrevocably consents to the free use of their likeness and voice for photographs, live broadcasts, transmissions, and/or recordings made by the organizer, its agents, or other third parties in connection with the event, as well as their subsequent utilization in all current and future media (e.g., sound and audiovisual carriers, and digital distribution such as the internet).
-
The organizer is entitled to exclude any attendee from the event for valid reasons, particularly if the attendee commits criminal acts (e.g., theft, drug trafficking) or ignites fireworks on the premises. If the organizer exercises their right to exclude an attendee, the ticket will become invalid. There is no right to re-entry or a refund of the purchase price.
-
At open-air events, setting up tents on the event grounds is prohibited. Camping is only allowed in designated tent and camping areas. The entire camping area will not open simultaneously but in sections as needed. Wild camping is prohibited and will be prosecuted. Environmental protection and principles of waste reduction and proper waste disposal must be observed. The unauthorized creation of fire pits in camping or parking areas is prohibited due to fire hazards.
-
Attendees are responsible for their travel to the event and park their vehicles at their own risk. Wild parking is prohibited and will be prosecuted. Vehicles may only be parked in authorized areas or lots (fees may apply). The organizer explicitly states that parking and camping areas are separate. Parking and camping regulations must be observed, and instructions from security personnel must be followed.
-
There is no entitlement to a specific parking or camping spot. Parking areas are allocated by the organizer’s security personnel. Escape and rescue routes must remain clear at all times.
-
Program changes may occur at the Burning Mountain Festival. If individual artists or groups cancel, the organizer will strive to provide suitable replacements. Attendees have no claims for compensation due to such cancellations. Access to areas with limited capacity is granted only within the approved audience capacities. If capacity is reached, the organizer may temporarily restrict access without this constituting grounds for a partial refund.
-
For safety reasons, the organizer may temporarily or fully clear and block certain areas of the festival grounds, including parking and camping areas, without this constituting grounds for a partial refund. Attendees must comply with instructions from the organizer or its agents to prevent danger to life and limb.
