I grew up in Engadin (Scuol) on a farm. For me, the mountains are guardians. They set boundaries, which gave me a sense of security growing up.
Always wondered what was behind the mountains. The river (En) showed me that the world is bigger. Curious, I left my valley in search of something new.
I went to the city. Now I study architecture in Basel. My work is very much about the Engadin and its incredibly beautiful nature.
Through simplicity and reduction, the essential comes to the front.
I only use a few materials to emphasize the uniqueness of the shape.
The focus is on the form and the material, which invites the viewer to interact.
