We are Jael and Nico. Under the name “Kernwärts” (“towards your core”) we offer Breathwork teacher training programs and workshops with a body-oriented and trauma-sensitive approach. Together we will experience a simple but truly magical and blissful breathing-ritual, allowing participants to see themselves reflected in others.
