Tickets can only be resold via our official resale platform (tickets purchased or resold via any other platforms, such as TicketSwap, marketplaces, second-hand websites, or private sales, are unauthorized; in accordance with our ticket policies, no individual or third party is authorized to sell tickets outside the official resale platform, as tickets cannot be re-personalized and entry to the festival cannot be guaranteed).

Tickets cannot be sold for a higher price than the original purchase price.

The resale platform allows the resale of the following tickets only:

Festival tickets

Car parking tickets

Caravan / camper parking tickets

Tents and furnished packages cannot be resold via the resale platform.

Tickets must be resold by the person whose email address was used for the original purchase.
